Michael Bublé’s wife, Luisana Lopilato, is slamming claims the singer acted aggressively towards her in a recent Instagram Live.

Michael Bublé‘s wife, Luisana Lopilato, has shut down claims the singer acted aggressively towards her in a recent Instagram Live.

Fans raised concerns for her safety after Bublé appeared to aggressively nudge her on video.

Speaking in Spanish, Lopilato — with Bublé by her side — addressed followers in a separate Instagram Live.

“Thank you for worrying about me,” she said. “It’s very important that we pay attention to the concerns that were mentioned. Fortunately, I am not suffering.”

The 32-year-old actress then encouraged her followers to keep a watchful eye on potential victims of domestic abuse.

“It is important that we continue to pay attention so that we are able to help the women that are going through a bad time,” she said. “It made me very happy to see the level of awareness my followers have with this topic. I am proud to be Argentinian, and your messages demonstrate to me once again all of the love that you have for me and us. So, thank you, but this is not my case.”

Bublé, 44, and Lopilato have been livestreaming often as they quarantine together amid the coronavirus pandemic.

However, the Feeling Good singer came under fire after an Instagram Live posted over the weekend showed him shoving and grabbing his wife after she appeared to interrupt his introduction.

“Hi, guys,” Bublé says in the clip before Luisana chimes in, “Hi”.

He then nudges her and grabs her arm, to which she responds, “Oh, I’m sorry. Sorry.”

One fan reposted the video on Twitter and wrote, “Plz tell me what you think of this … to all of us is clearly a man being abusive with his wife, the way he grabbed her by the arm … that’s Michael Bublé … she keeps on denying it but there’s so many videos of him and treating her the same way.”

Others also shared a separate Instagram Live clip, in which Bublé can be heard telling his wife, “I’m going to kill you.” The context of his comments is not shown in the video posted online.

Meanwhile, one fan came to the couple’s defence amid the backlash and shared a clip of Lopilato playfully strangling Bublé, and sarcastically captioned it, “Geez Lu, you are so violent.”

On Sunday, Lopilato — who has sons Noah, 6, Elias, 4, and daughter Vida, 1, with Bublé — slammed critics on Instagram. In a post that featured Spanish text against a black background, Lopilato wrote, “Always do the right thing and let God handle the consequences.”

Accompanying the post, Lopilato added in the caption: “I want everyone to know that I have no doubt who my husband is and I would choose him again a million times over.”

A rep for Bublé could not immediately be reached for comment.
