First look at Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine 3: Logan swan song

The trailer features Jackman, Patrick Stewart’s Professor X and Dafne Keen, in her first movie as X-23.

X-23, known in the comics as Laura Kinney, was cloned by the X chromosomes of Wolverine, hence the name.

This is Jackman’s ninth appearance as Wolverine, a role which helped launch his Hollywood career.

Dougray Scott was originally cast in the first X: Men film but had to pass on it after filming for Mission Impossible 2 ran over.

Jackman went on to have his own solo Wolverine movies and earned an Oscar nominations for his role is Les Miserables.
