Kesha showed up to desert-hued Insta-fest Coachella on Saturday, taking the stage with producer Zedd and singing his “True Colors.”

This is only the second time the singer has performed in public since sparking a legal battle against her Sony contract and producer Dr. Luke in 2014. The singer alleges Dr. Luke, whose real name is Lukasz Gottwald, raped and abused her, and wishes to break the contract tying her to his production company, Kemosabe.

Fans posted clips of the show to social media:

Earlier this month, a New York judge tossed out parts of Kesha’s lawsuit that claimed Gottwald abused her and violated her rights, stating “Every rape is not a gender-motivated hate crime.” The judge left only Kesha’s claims against the terms of her multi-album recording contract — which her legal team has likened to “slavery” — intact.

Gottwald, meanwhile, has always maintained his innocence. He has not been c-harged with any crime.

In an Instagram post earlier this month, Kesha claimed that she was offered her “freedom” in exchange for a public apology to Gottwald, which she refused.

If singing out “I’m not afraid” and “I won’t apologize” during her “True Colors” performance is any indication, Kesha isn’t backing down anytime soon.
