ADELEaADELE has reportedly been offered a year-long residency in Las Vegas, and could net more than Celine Dion and Mariah Carey.

ADELE is poised to become Las Vegas’s highest-paid resident after it emerged one of the strip’s finest hotels is preparing to offer her $US500,000 ($640,000) a show.

Bosses at the posh Wynn Hotel want to sign the London-born diva for a 12-month residency, The Sun reports.

And if she agrees to the money-spinning deal, just one performance a week in front of a Vegas audience would net her almost $34 million.

The superstar singer would also be able to rake in thousands more from VIP meet-and-greet packages, which can see wealthy fans fork out more than $33,000.

A source at the five-star hotel — which boasts Michelin-star dining, an opulent casino and employs David Guetta as its in-house pool DJ — said she is now their number one target.

“The days of entertainers coming to retire at Vegas are a thing of the past,” the source said.

“In the last few years, we have seen massive stars performing on the strip and every major hotel wants to say they have the biggest star as their resident. Caesars Palace had Mariah Carey, Planet Hollywood has Britney Spears, and we want Adele. Even at half a million bucks a show we are confident we would make a healthy return.”

This year’s Sunday Times Rich List estimated Adele’s worth at £125 million ($210 million) thanks to her record-smashing third album, 25, and epic 122-date tour.

But a year-long residency at the Wynn could catapult her wealth even higher.

Bosses are putting the finishing touches to their megabucks offer, which they plan to present to Adele’s representatives for consideration in January.

And they are hoping that the Hello singer’s past vocal problems don’t prevent her from signing up.

Thousands of fans were devastated this summer when she pulled out of her final two dates at Wembley Stadium after damaging her vocal cords.

But the source insisted they would not be worried about similar cancellations if she did agree to the deal.

They added: “Adele is a professional, and knows her own ability. And we are happy to be flexible in negotiations if it’s needed in order to bring her on board.”

If she signs up, Adelae would be following in the footsteps of Celine Dion — who was the first music legend to rock Vegas with two huge residency shows, A New Day and Celine.

Last year saw Celine, who earned $US475,000 ($607,000) per show, celebrate her 1000th Vegas performance.

In 2013, pop icon Britney kicked off her four-year Piece of Me residency at Planet Hollywood, which saw her pocket $US375,000 ($479,000) per show.

And in 2015, super-diva Mariah announced her residency at Caesars Palace, which saw her collect the same fee as Celine.
