More Cubans slowly gaining online access

While much of the rest of the world has had the internet for about 20 years, for most Cubans it is only something their relatives overseas talk about.
A few years ago it was installed in public plazas; then, a few months ago as part of a pilot scheme, in a few private residences in the capital Havana.
