MEL B has won a court order banning her estranged husband Stephen Belafonte from distributing sex tapes.

Lawyers representing the singer went to court in a bid to block any plans to sell saucy videos and pictures featuring the former Spice Girl, The Sun reports.

Mel’s legal team were in court to argue that Belafonte should not be allowed to pass on any sex tapes, photographs or other sexually explicit material, according to TMZ.

The website reports the judge sided with her attorneys and reinforced a previous order on the matter, banning the distribution of any raunchy items.

The singer’s lawyers reportedly claimed Belafonte had taken 12 to 15 boxes of personal belongings and memorabilia from the garage of the family home in California after Mel filed for divorce last month.

TMZ reports Belafonte put the boxes in a storage locker under the name of the former family nanny, Lorraine Gilles, who he is accused of having a fling with and getting pregnant.

During the court date, Mel’s attorneys asked the judge to force Belafonte to give them access to the storage facility so they can retrieve the items, but the judge has yet to rule on the request.

New papers filed as part of the case allege Belafonte threatened to released intimate videos of Mel.

In the documents, Mel claims he would “regularly hold up his phone to me and point to a video file and say, ‘It’s just one click away,’ meaning that with one click he could send out a video and my career would be over.”

But TMZ reports Belafonte has denied allegations he threatened to go public with any saucy footage.

Mel filed for divorce from Stephen last month after 10 years of marriage and the divorce battle took a dark turn this week as the pop star filed for a restraining order to keep him away from her.

The court papers contained explosive allegations about domestic abuse, threesomes and claims Stephen got nanny Lorraine pregnant and paid for her to have an abortion.
