BEYONCE has proved once again why she is Queen Bee after saving herself from falling down a flight of stairs.
Video posted to Twitter from her Nashville concert on Thursday night shows the singer’s ankle appearing to buckle as she struts down some steps in stilettos.
Despite falling backwards Beyonce managed to turn her tumble into a squat and epic kick before carrying on like nothing had happened.
