Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson bought his mum a blank check to buy new house for Christmas

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has put us all to shame and bought his mother the best Christmas present ever.

The mega movie star took to his Instagram to show his mum sitting politely by a Christmas tree and reading a card from her son telling her he would buy her any house she wanted.

“This one felt good,” he began, writing under a video recently posted to his Instagram account. The very adorable clip shows his mum sitting by the Christmas tree opening a card which she reads from.

“We love you mum, and Merry Christmas. This Willy Wonka golden ticket is good for …”

She then starts laughing and crying before reading the remainder of the card. “A new house!”

Johnson details an upbringing with his family living in “little apartments all across the country,” where they “lived like gypsies.”
