Sometimes, you really just need a drink of water.
Sen. Marco Rubio knows this.
And President Trump now knows this too, as we all witnessed during his Wednesday remarks.

After first mistakenly thinking there was no water available, the president stopped twice during remarks to take a drink from a Fiji water bottle.
You may argue that this does not matter. But don't forget that Trump himself has taken Rubio to task time and again over drinking water during a speech.
