Simon Cowell left British TV viewers stunned after showing off his new look during a television appearance over the weekend.

The talent show judge made an appearance onstage at the Royal Variety Show where he introduced the latest winner of Britain’s Got Talent.

In attendance to watch the Variety show were their Royal Highnesses, The Prince and Princess of Wales, along with The Crown Princess and Prince Daniel of Sweden.

However, it was Cowell that ended up distracting viewers after he debuted yet another new look.

Cowell’s appearance has been a topic of conversation for some years now, with the star previously having to deny claims that he has had a facelift. He later confessed that he had gone too far with fillers and Botox.

Following his appearance, viewers rushed to social media to share their shock over his latest look with some comparing him to a ventriloquist’s dummy, while others suggested the star appeared to have morphed into late pop star George Michael.

One fan took to social media and tweeted: “Is it me, or does Simon Cowell look like a ventriloquist’s doll.”

“Thought it was a George Michael tribute act when I looked up [sic] #simoncowell #RoyalVarietyPerformance,” said a second baffled viewer, with another saying: “Simon Cowell has turned into George Micheal.”

Simon previously addressed speculation surrounding his appearance, insisting that he’s never gone under the knife.

“I think it’s hysterical. I mean, it just makes me laugh. I haven’t had a facelift or anything,” he told The Mirror.

“I’ve had a bit of Botox or whatever, but nothing drastic. So, when I hear about this stuff, honestly it does make me laugh”.

The talent show boss also said that he took his love of Botox too far, with his final treatment leaving him looking like “something out of a horror show”.

“I reduced it, let’s put it that way,” the infamous curmudgeon told Page Six last year. “Everything in moderation. There was a stage where I might have gone a bit too far,” Cowell added. “I saw a picture of me from ‘before’ the other day, and didn’t recognise it as me first of all. Enough was enough. There is no filler in my face at all now. Zero.”
