In the wake of the deadly Istanbul attack, Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan has made a written statement, condemning the violence and hoping that the bombing becomes “a turning point” for the whole world to unite against terrorism.
Peskov also quoted Erdogan as saying he was willing and ready to cooperate with Russia in fighting terrorism and resolving regional crises.
