JANET Jackson has called police to perform a welfare check on her infant son while he was in the care of her billionaire ex-husband.

JANET Jackson called police to perform a welfare check on her son while he was with ex-husband Wissam Al Mana on Saturday, Page Six has confirmed.

Jackson and Al Mana’s son, Eissa, was with the 43-year-old Qatari billionaire at the Nobu Hotel in Malibu, California, at the time of the call.

“There was no evidence of any crime. The baby was fine, so there was no report taken,” a representative for the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station told Page Six.

Jackson’s brother Randy told Entertainment Tonight the R&B singer called 911 after a nanny called her in a panic over Al Mana’s allegedly “aggressive” behaviour, though no specifics were given about the behaviour itself.

Sources told TMZ that Jackson was concerned that Al Mana may have been using drugs around their 17-month-old baby boy.

Randy previously claimed that Al Mana was verbally abusive to Jackson and made her feel “like a prisoner in her own home.” Sources also told The Postthat Al Mana even went as far as to call Janet a “fat pig” during her pregnancy.

Representatives for Jackson and Al Mana did not immediately return a request for comment.
