Celebrities defend Kim Kardashian against trolls following armed robbery

Chrissy Teigen, James Corden and Piers Morgan all spoke out in support of the reality star following news she was locked in the bathroom of the luxury residence

by men reportedly posing as police.

While some trolls suggested the robbery was not newsworthy or suspicious, high-profile friends reminded them she was a mother and friend first and foremost.

Kardashian West and her sister Kourtney have reportedly flown back to the US following the dramatic robbery.

Her spokeswoman said she was “badly shaken, but unharmed”. Kanye West hastily cancelled his concert mid-show and rushed off stage citing a “family emergency”.

Paris police are investigating after the robbers reportedly left with up to $14 million worth of jewellery on bikes.
